Health Education Workshops

The Toronto Western Family Health Team is pleased to offer FREE health education workshops to our clients and community partners as a health promotion initiative.

Our Health Education Workshops:

• May be offered virtually on MS Teams or in-person at one of our clinic sites
• Have been created by members of our health care team
• Cover a variety of topics and are designed to give you the tools and resources you need to learn more about your health
• Are information sessions for the purpose of learning and not meant for individual medical treatment

Please note: our in-person workshops and group education are exclusively for TW FHT patients. Please review UHN's Masking Policy before coming in for in-person workshops or group sessions.
