The information was presented very clearly and with enough depth for intermediate learners without being overwhelming (October 2025).
I thoroughly enjoyed this session on DBT as an excellent primer on what it is, with some immediate practical tips on how to cope with overwhelming emotions. The presenter was excellent, well-organized and very open to answering our questions (October 2025).

I learned a lot in these two presentations, most especially practical tips on how to change behaviour to help regulate emotions and to develop better interpersonal skills. Invaluable that TW offers these sessions. Thank you so much (October 2025).
