Addiction medicine is an area of medicine that focuses on the diagnosis, prevention, treatment and recovery from a wide variety of substance use disorders. It involves the use of a range of treatment modalities including both pharmacologic and psychosocial, to help individuals struggling with problematic substance use achieve their goals and lead healthy lives.
Our clinic is led by Dr. Gabilan Sivapatham & Dr. Alison Green - family physicians with clinical experience and interest in the field of addiction medicine.

How to Access This Clinic
A referral is required from your primary care provider. This ensures that your visit addresses the specific issue for which you were referred, allowing targeted and effective care. Please speak to your primary care provider to ask about a referral.
